If that Nen beast is a catalyst for Enhancement, then yes; otherwise, unless they conjure medical instruments or make their aura into stitches or bandages, it shouldn't be possible. Since specialists have abilities that are out of the norm, can they create a healing ability that heals others without having to touch Enhancement.
