You need to practice a lot in order to take 0 or minimal hit from his first half patterns. And praise to be lucky enough to do the second half without using too many items, because, I think the only way to proceed through this battle is to attack.

Sans is difficult, but his attacks are readable. You can memorize his attack patterns and analyze how to dodge them, unlike with Zenith where you're just frantically moving and dashing because everything comes at you too fast. Sans has KR and no I frames also, get hit by one Sans attack and you'll be down about 30-40 HP.
