2010年12月12日 · On mine and it appears from design the pump is driven by it's gear that is permanently meshed with oil pump, crankshaft and camshaft. The gear is coupled to a pump input shaft. This shaft in turns has lobes (like a camshaft) that reciprocate pistons to pump the fuel to the injector same as a positive displacement reciprocating pump.

2007年10月19日 · I was able to remove the solenoid and straighten the rod, got it moving pretty straight and smoothly. Worse case I'd have to replace the solenoid which can be had for under $50 online. New Holland price is scary. HINT: Either keep the key on (solenoid energized, rod retracted) or remove the solenoid when pulling/installing the pump.

2018年8月17日 · Hello, I have come here looking for help with a leaking injector pump on a New Holland TC25D. I runs pretty well, but the wife is disgusted with the leak. It can't be helping the tractor either. I am a retired Tool and Die Maker and worked part time, for 21 months, for a tractor repair shop/mechanic.

2022年1月10日 · There are two solutions; One is to just barely crack the lines open, one injector at a time, right here they go into the injector. It's messy, time consuming and a little dangerous, the fuel is under tremendous pressure.

2022年7月24日 · Recently purchased a mid 2000's New Holland TC30. It has the little Shibaura N843 - 3 Cyl Diesel. I purchased the tractor not-running. Supposedly, the injector pump was gummed up.. and was disassembled prior to my purchase. I have the bucket of parts and the pump housing..and some of the internal parts are pretty bad.

2016年10月2日 · I had done everything I could to check out the injector pump/fuel system. The problem was, getting 12V to the pump. Turns out there was a loose wire end- one of those that's supposed to be locked in an insulator end, and plugged into this module.

2021年10月26日 · You should have a bleeder screw on top of the fuel filter, there will still be air in the filter from what you described, the filter has to be completely assembled and tightened up, and then crack the bleed screw on top of the filter and let bleed until clear of air bubbles, then go to injection pump and bleed that and it may well self bleed, I ...
