New Plymouth Boys' High School is a single-sex boys' state secondary school in New Plymouth, Taranaki, New Zealand. The school currently caters for approximately 1300 students, including 210 boarders, on its 15 hectares (37 acres) site.

The first full School Assembly for 2024 was held yesterday outdoors, utilising the natural amphitheatre of the Gully Ground for the third consecutive year. The Headmaster, Mr Moore, along with the Head Boy, Qingcheng Du, addressed the boys and introduced the 2024 prefects. We look forward to the year ahead.

New Plymouth Boys’ High School has two rugby fields, two football fields and six tennis courts on site. The Gully ground provides a natural amphitheatre with tiered-seating on each side with a rugby ground on the gully floor.

He farmed at Omata and worked as a clerk in New Plymouth. Gully took part as a volunteer in the Taranaki wars but was invalided out of the Army. In 1860 Gully and his family moved to Nelson where he settled permanently. Gully was Drawing Master at Nelson College, then draughtsman in the Lands & Survey Office.
