Were the NHT's lose their edge in bass the BIC's pick it up and take it down to the low 30's. While it is not sub performance, it is quick and punchy. So I have fast accurate bass and sweet silky highs and a pretty solid midrange.

2020年10月3日 · yes I contacted NHT, via email, but they didn't answer me. NHT 1.1 is a fairly old product, so I doubt it can find the replacement driver. The only way is to buy a full 1.1 speaker on ebay, as I couldn't find the midwoofer alone. The problem is customs duties, which cause costs to rise significantly.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any different model NHT's for review to be able to do a direct comparison. My recent experience over the past 7 years or so has been with "higher-end" bookshelf and tower speakers.

2009年4月4日 · Some receivers allow the user to bi-amp using the rear surround terminals for the extra amplifier, limiting the user to a 5.1 setup. Otherwise, an outboard amp is necessary. The more ba11s the amp has, the better for the woofers.
