Tips & Guides - Nioh 2 Hi, I just finished Nioh 1 and started the 2nd one, I chose fists to play with as it seemed, to me, the coolest of the ones I tried. From what I understood the whole weapon playstyle evolve around Unbroken , but I don't think I'm doign it right, I think it's because I don't have enough active skills to use it properly.

Apr 22, 2020 · Nioh 1 is more like ~15years and Nioh 2 ~60years. Talking about combat the core concept is the same. You still have your three stances, lots of skills, ki pulse, flux/flux2 etc. Nioh 2 gave us some new skills for weapons. Some people say Nioh 1 is now dated, clunky or unplayable or isn't fluid or whatever which is just utter bullshit.

Nov 15, 2021 · Nioh 2 definitely. I like them both, but the gameplay systems, QOL and character customization in Nioh 2 make is more of an evolution of the series rather than a sequel. They managed to take everything good about 1 and improve on it in basically every way.

Apr 6, 2022 · The main thing Nioh 2 doesn't have that Nioh 1 had is a voiced main character. Nioh 1 also covers the awesome intensity of the conclusion of the Sengoku era of Japan and features it's most famous historical figures. Nioh 2 also has this but to a lesser extent overall. Lastly, many of Nioh 2's innovations are best appreciated after playing Nioh 1.

Aug 25, 2020 · The peculiarity of the axe is that the most damaging moves (and that's a lot of damage) are also the ones that have the most ki damage, making it a completely auto-pilot weapon. It's not S tier because of huge ki consumption, and because it's not fun enough. Use this one if you want Nioh (1 or 2) to feel like Dark Souls II.

May 28, 2021 · Most bonuses got a nerf in Nioh 2, while you can make a "build" most of the times you are looking at about 5% extra damage or so. Something cheap would be to just reroll damge vs poisoned enemies on both accesories and use ninjutsu to poison your foe, that's about the highest damage increase you can get this early.
