2021年1月5日 · Results indicated that NiSiO@NiAlFe LDHs hollow spheres displayed a much better adsorption capacity and removal efficiency compared to NiSiO hollow spheres. XPS spectra showed that Cs + ions could form complexes with metal hydroxides on the surface of LDHs. The adsorption process was efficient at the alkaline condition (pH = 10).

2024年1月5日 · NiSiO 3 @5Al 2 O 3 -R 600 catalysts showed good performance for CO 2 thermal hydrogenation. Al 2 O 3 film inhibits the agglomeration of Ni particles during high-temperature reduction. XPS and DFT results indicate the electronic interaction between ALD-Al2 O 3 and Ni. High-pressure DRIFTS showed HCOO* species were key intermediates to produce CH4.

In this paper, we studied the plasma-induced damage of a nickel mono-silicide (NiSi) using XPS, TEM, AES and SIMS. According to the previous experience, it suggests that NiSi is easily oxidized when O/sub 2/ exists in plasma, which results in a high sheet resistance of oxide/silicide (NiSiO/sub x/) mixture.
