2016年7月5日 · I had a toupet funoplication in january (that's a 270degree wrap as opposed to the 360 nissen), but basically the same, diaphragm repair and the wrap. I had a similar experience to OP, didn't do much exercise beyond walking for 3 months.

I do not agree with coding CPT code 43246, but I do not have any supporting documentation to support why I would not add 43246.

2018年8月2日 · I don't have an official hEDS diagnosis, but I would be shocked if I didn't have it, with all the evidence. I had a Toupet Fundoplication back in February, which is a 270° esophageal wrap instead of the full 360°, I believe. I also had a pyloroplasty done at the same time, laparoscopically. All in all, it was a great decision.
