CUSTOMER/PLUMBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPOSURE TO MAIN FOR NLRW STAFF TO SAFELY AND PROPERLY INSTALL TAP. CUSTOMER/PLUMBER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE CONNECTION AND PROPER BACKFILL. MINIMUM NOTICE OF 24 HOURS TO NLRW IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW TAPS. MANHOLE TAP WILL HAVE TO BE CORE DRILLED (KOR-N-SEAL BOOT). NO CHARGE BY NLRW.
