NIR‐II Fluorescence Endoscopy for Targeted Imaging of Colorectal Cancer
2019年11月7日 · Endoscopy is a clinical gold standard to exam the interior of a hollow organ or body cavity. For the first of time, this study presents the design and construction of a fluorescent endoscopic system that harnesses the power of the second near-infrared window II (NIR-II) fluorescence imaging.
NIR-II fluorescence imaging-guided colorectal cancer surgery …
Findings: 2D5-IRDye800CW had an NIR-II fluorescence signal extending to 1600 nm and bound specifically to CEACAM5 with an affinity of 2.29 nM. In vivo imaging, 2D5-IRDye800CW accumulated rapidly in tumour (15 min) and could specifically identify orthotopic colorectal cancer and peritoneal metastases.
NIR-II fluorescence imaging-guided colorectal cancer surgery …
2022年11月19日 · Our study provides a new technical means for NIR-II fluorescence imaging to be used in colorectal cancer surgery. It helps to discover and identify deeper vessels and small peritoneal metastases, which can assist surgeons in accurate tumour resection.
Surgical Navigation for Malignancies Guided by Near‐Infrared‐II ...
Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging is an emerging noninvasive imaging modality, with unique advantages in guiding tumor resection surgery, thanks to its high sensitivity and instantaneity. In the past decade, studies on the conventional NIR window (NIR-I, 750–900 nm) have gradually focused on the second NIR window (NIR-II, 1000–1700 nm).
Bioinspired color-near infrared endoscopic imaging system for …
We present a new rigid endoscopic imaging system (EIS) that can capture color images while simultaneously resolving two near-infrared (NIR) probes. Our optimized EIS integrates a hexa-chromatic image sensor, a rigid endoscope optimized for NIR-color imaging, and a custom illumination fiber bundle.
NIR-II Fluorescence Endoscopy for Targeted Imaging of ... - PubMed
Simultaneous NIR-II fluorescence and white-light (WL) imaging of VEGF is validated in an orthotopic rat colorectal cancer model. This NIR-II endoscopy system is a generalizable design, and it is compatible with the most of current clinic endoscopies.
Wide FOV metalens for near-infrared capsule endoscopy: …
The metalens achieved a 165° FOV with a high modulation transfer function (MTF) of 300 lines per millimeter (lp/mm) across the entire FOV, operating in the near-infrared (NIR) narrow-bandpass imaging at 940 nm.
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging - ScienceDirect Topics
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a noninvasive imaging technique that enables the observation of anatomic structures, physiological functions, and molecular composition of tissues.
Standardization and implementation of fluorescence molecular …
Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence molecular endoscopy (FME) is an innovative technique that enables in vivo visualization of molecular processes in hollow organs by targeting upregulated proteins, overexpressed receptors, or disease-specific biomarkers. 1,2 Therefore, it enables real-time highlighting of (early) lesions functioning as a “red-flag...
Here, we describe how NMR spectroscopy is integrated into the Pfizer drug discovery pipeline and how we utilize this approach to identify and validate initial hits and generate leads. Since its early days, NMR spectroscopy has played an important role in the pharmaceutical industry.
