People didn’t react because they were busy with smoke getting a nerf which eventually rebounded thanks to the community, but nomad and oryx nerf didn’t get the limelight. I personally am morr pissed off because i use nomad and dont use smoke at all one can say.

2022年1月3日 · Nomad is a very flexible operator who is good on most maps and great on some. On maps where runouts are rife, nomad can make a huge difference when your team pushes site, protecting the flanks. If your pushing 3rd floor sites in soloq then your dronework needs to be spot on and if your on comms the callouts need to be solid.

2020年7月26日 · If you play aggressive and like the entry style Nomad (I play this a lot), I recommend the AK with holo, and don’t forget to prefire because you definitely can afford it with this gun. Also practice headaim, it helps a lot here. If you play a more traditional flankwatch, the ARX with acog is likely a better bet.

2020年12月19日 · This is where nomad and Mav become the best solo ops. They don't need teammates' cooperation to fulfil their purpose, which are flank control and wall opening respectively. Mav can still make vaultable holes without Mav tricking, albeit risky, is still doable. Ace is an A tier solo op whole nomad still holds the crown. In my opinion, of course.

2020年6月4日 · A good tip Iearned while playing Nomad is placing Airjabs on TOP of doors and windows. It pushes them straight forward so you know where theyre gonna fall. Its a good thing to do this consistently as you can anticipate where theyre gonna be. Another thing to note is Jabs dont trigger while vaulting so the defenders feet have to be on the ground.

2020年3月23日 · My big tip with nomad is using them when you don't have a teammate to watch your back, kind of like you said shooting one behind you when you're deep in the building near objective. Alternatively using them ALL outside on a runout-heavy site like cash room (clubhouse) or server room (Kanal) can win you the round easily.
