The "portable" Legend versions (Live, Soul 261) are still much bigger and heavier than the Nord (and the Soul 261 costs as much). So yes, it's a very expensive organ but it has a unique price-feature-portability combo.

2025年1月12日 · I use the organ and synth section almost exclusively, and had an alexis QS8.2 (Just replaced with a Nord Piano 5) weighted keyboard for piano/rhodes/wurlitzer sounds. In my opinion removing the organ section from the Stage series would be a huge mis-step.

2019年1月27日 · So, I just use it as a Hammond organ period and use my Nord Stage 2 EX for other sounds. So, a bit of a quandry. No way the Hammond Suzuki XK5 is worth the price. Plus I had a Hammond SK2 and the action, though more playable than the Nord C2, felt cheap like the keys were going to rip off.

2021年3月21日 · I use a 3.5mm to 6.3mm adapter which loses contact somewhere and then the organ is barely audible while the piano sounds normal. That anomaly fascinates me, because I always thought that bad contact competently stops the signal, but in the case of Nord, the piano works normally and the organ sounds significantly quieter.
