Placental Chorioangioma: A Planned Successful Outcome
A 26-year-old, primigravida, 31 weeks + 5 days of gestation, referred to SRIHER for an early delivery. Conception being spontaneous, pregnancy was confirmed with urine beta HCG at 45 days of amenorrhea. Scan done at 12 weeks showed an intrauterine gestation corresponding to dates, placenta forming anteriorly.
