The Nebraska Rural Electric Washington Youth Tour is an annual, week-long, all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, DC, that is open to high school students who have participated in the Youth Energy Camp. Nationwide, rural electric providers from 41 states participate.

For the past 88 years, the Nebraska Rural Electric Association has gathered annually to celebrate the success of public power in the State of Nebraska. This year we continue this tradition and embark on new discussions that will impact the daily operations of our rural electric systems.

We seek diverse and dynamic sessions that explore a wide range of topics relevant to rural education.
