OBE（Outcome based education，OBE）教育理念，又称为成果导向教育、能力导向教育、目标导向教育或需求导向教育。 OBE教育理念是一种以成果为目标导向，以学生为本，采用逆向思维的方式进行的课程体系的建设理念，是一种先进的教育理念。

OBE强调合作式学习，将学生之间的竞争转变为自我竞争，即让学生持续地挑战自己，为达成顶峰成果而合作学习。 通过团队合作、协同学习等方式，使学习能力较强者变得更强，使学习能力较弱者得到提升。
