PLL or Permutation of the Last Layer is the fourth and last step of the CFOP method, which aims to permute the pieces of the last layer to have the 3x3 fully solved. This step is fully algorithmic, and consists of 21 cases.

In this video I show the fundamental turning techniques and a few example algorithms, but note that it will take a lot of practice and buildling muscle to achieve fast turning. In this video I talk about tips such as changing F2L solutions, look ahead, and using different moves for the cross.
