The mission of the Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT) is to have a People-Centred Health Home for everyone in Frontenac, Lennox and Addington counties, where they have access to a primary care provider and team-based care.

2025年2月20日 · The Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT) has announced that over 13,000 residents across the region were connected to primary care providers in 2024. The FLA OHT is a network of health-care providers, community and social service organizations, and community members.

2024年4月8日 · The Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Ontario Health Team (FLA OHT) and its partners are working to bring healthcare closer to home. Within the next six to 12 months, up to 9,000 individuals without a primary care provider will be connected to local care teams.
