The Office of Personnel Management Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (OPM FEVS) is an organizational climate survey and assesses how employees jointly experience the policies, practices, and procedures characteristic of their agency and its leadership.
The OPM FEVS is the largest government employee survey in the world and an unmatched data asset, collecting employee feedback from more than 80 executive agencies. This year, participation showed a significant increase, rising from 35 percent in 2022 to 39 percent in 2023, with 625,568 federal employees completing the survey.

Counts of respondents are unweighted, but the percentage estimates for each response category are weighted.
DOI Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey - U.S. Department of the Interior
The 2024 FEVS was administered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) on behalf of the Department of the Interior (DOI). The survey was open from May 20, 2024, through July 5, 2024, to a full census of the DOI workforce, rather than a sample population. 60,393 DOI employees received the survey. 36,374 employees responded.
