It was built entirely at the OSCA factory and was a small cycle-fendered 'Siluro' (torpedo) sports car with power from a well-engineered 1,092cc overhead-camshaft engine. Approximately 78 OSCA Mt4s were built by the factory, with the final versions being powered by a version of the 4-cylinder, 1500cc, twin-cam engine.
