OSCA is THE post-war Maserati product, fully engineered and crafted by the three remaining Maserati brothers. The OSCA approach to custom-build, bespoke, and exquisitely engineered sports and racing cars, was deeply reminiscent of pre-war Bugatti and Maserati philosophy.

The OSCA MT4, also spelled the O.S.C.A. MT4 or Osca MT4, is an Italian sports car prototype, designed, developed, and made by Officine Specializzata Costruzioni Automobili, between 1948 and 1956, but was raced and used in active competition until 1966.

The Mt4 was proving ever effective, so much so that 1952 saw the first appearance of an OSCA at the 24 hours of Le Mans (#1120 – DNF). More importantly by May the first OSCA racecar (#1112) reached USA shores, winning in its first race appearance. In the following years the USA would become OSCA’s biggest and most important export market.
