2021年3月23日 · I've been back at OTF since July and my studio enforces masks for the duration of the workout. It took a few classes to get used to it, but most of those growing pains were due to not having the right mask. I've found the disposable masks are the most comfortable for working out and allow me to breath easier than others.

2021年5月14日 · Masks in Minnesota! 🥳 Today I got to my studio in Minnesota and learned that they decided overnight based on the updated CDC guidelines that any fully vaccinated members could take off their masks for their workouts (honor system)! It was my first OTF workout without the mask EVER and it felt SO MUCH EASIER to breathe!!
