The Oceania Rugby Sevens Championship is the premier rugby event on the Oceania calendar, being the only competition open to all the 17 Member Unions and Associate Members from across the region. This years Oceania Rugby Sevens Championship is the 13th edition of the event.

The Oceania Rugby Men's Sevens Championship is an international rugby sevens competition organised by Oceania Rugby. It has been held regularly since 2008 to select the best men's national team in Oceania. The 2024 Oceania Sevens Championship was the sixteenth Oceania Sevens tournament in men's rugby sevens. It will offers two teams the chance to compete on the global stage, competing for qualification to the World Rugby Sevens Challenger Series, and it was held at National Stadium in Honiara, Solomon Islands from 7 to 8 December. The current Oceania Rugby Men's Sevens Champions is Australia who claimed the title during the 2019 Oceania Rugby Sevens Championship in Suva, Fiji. During the same tournament Australia also earned qualification to the Tokyo Olympics, while Samoa and Tonga qualified for the final Olympic repecharge tournament in Monaco 2021.
