Ensure adequate hydration in patients before administration. Monitor for signs and symptoms of thrombosis and assess blood viscosity in patients at risk for hyperviscosity.
Doses between 100 and 600 mg/kg every 3 – 4 weeks are recommended. The aim of treatment is to maintain the IgG at levels greater than 500 mg/dL, or at a trough level of 350 mg/dL above baseline.
