At OCU we have four residence halls and one apartment complex. As a top liberal arts & sciences university, Oklahoma City University has been leading students to their creative edge for nearly 120 years.

Oklahoma United Methodist Hall is campus living reserved for upperclassmen students. It accommodates 356 residents and is coed by room. Methodist Hall offers three room layouts: one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom. Each room has its own kitchenette made up of a sink, cabinets, and mini-fridge.

To ensure maximum, efficient, and fair use of the University Center, the following policies govern the reservation and use of facilities. The Dean of Students is responsible for all room reservations and coordination of all services related to these reservations.

Students at Cokesbury Court have apartment living with the convenience of being on campus and close to resources. Layouts offered are efficiency, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom, and Cokesbury accommodates up to 424 residents. The apartment complex is available to upperclassmen, graduates, and professional students only.
