OFEX is another classic video from early 'wave' of gore footages from both Chechen wars. Here's version less heavily watermarked than one already on WPD. Another one was deleted. Tl;dr: this reportedly is Russian soldier executed by Chechen militants on 22th of October 1996 (so two months after formal ceasefire agreement 'ending' 1st Chechen war).
