Silja has a wealth of operations and finance experience from a background in auditing and having led OGs operations for the past four years. She is OG through-and-through and represents the best of OG.

OG was created as the new team of former (monkey) Business players. The team's breakthrough came at the Frankfurt Major in late November, 2015. They fought through the lower bracket, defeating TI5 champions Evil Geniuses and runner-ups CDEC Gaming.

OG (also called OG Esports) is a professional esports organisation based in Europe. Formed in 2015, they are best known for their Dota 2 team who won The International 2018 and 2019 tournaments. They also have teams in Counter-Strike 2 and Rocket League.
