I'd say it mostly got me used to adress people with "Temeeee" or "Omaera" (I heard those are great ways to make a good first impression :D )

2022年3月13日 · Anything much different than that is a no go however. Log Horizon isn't an OI, just a great Isekai and I believe who the main characters are is a big part of that. Relationships are a vital part of OI, the lifeblood of the story since almost all conflict and plot stems from the bonds the characters have to each other.

That just makes me cringe every time I see it, but Naruto calling him teme kinda makes sense given their antagonistic relationship both in canon as well as most fics. Given that one of my best friends calls me "a blind bitch" and I call him "a deaf bastard", personally, using it as a nickname, doesn't annoy me quite so much.
