2016年8月31日 · Hi it's that time to make oil from my stems and leaves again. I used 99% isopropyl last time with success, but can't find it anywhere now. I'm wondering is 91% isopropyl alcohol good for making oil? Like will it work? I sure hope it's good enough haha, want to know so I don't waste my supplies if it's no good. Thanks in advance!

2016年10月27日 · You can use any process that destroys the mold and makes the resin into hash oil. Those are approved in the state of Oregon for commercial rec processing of moldy weed. Either the butane-wax method, common in Colorado, but more dangerous... or the ISO 91% alcohol or EverClear grain alcohol methods which are easier and cheaper to make.

2012年2月20日 · You shouldn't have used 91%. Do you know what the other 9% is? Exactly. Pretty sure u got a pile of possabably toxic goop. I wouldn't smoke it. Boiling the solvent is crucial, to get rid of all the alcohol. Oil should be thick enough when cooled to not be runny at all. Thicker then cold molasses.

2020年1月22日 · Once I have my hotplate setup, I add the crude oil I collected from the evaporation process last weekend. I like to add heat very slowly, 10c increments at a time. I like to start with the heat on 30c. Once the oil is thin enough to stir, I drop the stir bar in and set the stir for 100rpm. Again, I slowly increase the temperature in 10c increments.
