2025年1月2日 · Wranglers are not that great in the snow. The short wheelbase and simple 4WD system do not help either. A Subaru will outperform a Wrangler in the snow by leaps-and-bounds, as will almost any modern, intelligent 4x4 or AWD. The best thing you can do to make your Wrangler perform well in the snow is buy snow tires like Blizzaks for instance.

2022年1月7日 · With a decent set of tires a Jeep can do fine in snow. Better if it has a functioning limited slip in the rear. But the type of 4WD the JK / JKU has means you can only use 4WD when the road is covered in snow. You don't want to use 4WD when the road has been cleared of snow.

2014年11月20日 · My old tj had a 4" LA RC lift and 33" duratracs and I took that thing everywhere and anywhere in the snow. Cruising through a foot of snow with a breeze driving straight as an arrow. Tires played a huge roll. Duratracs are great in the snow, my dad put them on his F-150 fx4 and it made a night and day difference in the snow.

2005年10月22日 · 2WD Jeeps (and most other SUVs and trucks) are powered with the rear wheels. It's a really bad idea to tow with Front-Wheel-Drive. Also, I personally believe that FWD is horrible in any and all conditions, RWD is better than FWD, snow or not. My Jeep sucked down too much gas, and the Shadow was free, so I took it. I personally hate FWD.
