2023年9月1日 · The UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) – a part of GCHQ – has announced that Ollie Whitehouse will become its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Ollie Whitehouse is the CTO of the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre where he helps maintain the NCSC’s role as the National Technical Authority for cyber security. Ollie’s career spans over 27 years in applied cyber attack and defence combined with over a decade of private and public sector executive and advisory positions.

Ollie Whitehouse has been announced as the new chief technology officer of the National Cyber Security Centre. He is due to formally take over the role in late October, playing an instrumental role in shaping and delivering the UK’s national approach to cyber security.

Ollie’s career in cyber security has spanned more than 27 years prior to becoming the NCSC's Chief Technology Officer in late 2023. He has held senior science and technology advisory roles to the UK government for the last decade, including serving as the current Chair for the DSIT Cyber Technology External Advisory Group.
