2021年4月30日 · This is my Omega Aqua Terra 41mm featuring the white dial and orange accents. It’s powered by the co-axial caliber 8900 which has the quick set hour function that I think is very neat, especially when travelling.

Speedmaster all day everyday then once you get it you buy the aqua terra. I have both and the speedmaster is the first choice everyday, change the strap on it and it completely changed the watch. Steel for going out, nato for regular wear. Aqua terra is beautiful though, I have the orange markers white dial on rubber.

I ended up buying a pre-owned Aqua Terra. I love my Seiko Sumo (SBDC097), but it was a multiple of the Seiko 5 models’ price.. Seiko’s sweet spot for me is in that $600-$1200 range.

Rolex Datejust 36/41 in green or Omega Seamater Aqua Terra 150M Shades, also in green. Spec wise the main difference is the power reserve of 70h vs 55h. I prefer the exhibition caseback of the Omega but Rolex has better bracelet and clasp.

Aqua Terra is an iconic line, but within Omega's lineup maybe less well known than the Speedmaster and Seamaster Professional lines. AT is very versatile aesthetically and has some of the best tech (for a mechanical movement), and good water resistance for swimming and water activities, but it's not a diver.

2022年1月16日 · I'm torn between these two omega seamasters: professional 300m and aqua terra. Tried them on rubber and bracelet and stopped on rubber ones. On the one hand really like the way AT looks and it's simplicity but as some people say it can be scratched quite easily. On the other hand SMP is more comfortable on the wrist.

2022年11月7日 · I would go for the Omega. The movement is for me in that price range a very important expect. The omega movement has silicon parts and with the co axial escapment a interesting story. Also im just not a flieger typ watch person. The Omega has more character for me, while there are very similar looking flieger watches.
