The Omoda 7 is a compact crossover SUV produced by Chery and marketed through the export-only Omoda brand. It was introduced in Wuhu, Anhui, China on 28 April 2024. It is the first original product from the Omoda brand, as the previous models are shared with the main Chery brand.

As a reminder, the local Omoda lineup currently comprises the C5, a futuristic-looking crossover. We’d assume the 7 would be named C7 locally, to keep with the naming convention.
