2023年9月18日 · The animations are pretty smooth (One UI 3 made some a bit smoother though). The quick panel looks better in One UI 3 in my opinion, this one looks awkward and big without the transparency. I also have a note 9 on Android 8.1, Samsung Experience 9.5, and in my opinion that looks better than One UI 2, even though the animations are a bit lacking.
