We are actively working to integrate the Omnipod® 5 App for iPhone with Dexcom G7, and anticipate a release in the first half of 2025. Easily pair your sensor using your Controller or compatible Android smartphone camera with a simple QR code scan.

The Omnipod 5 System requires the Dexcom G6 or G7 mobile app, not the Dexcom G6 or G7 receiver, to set up the Dexcom CGM System. Dexcom G6 and G7 can only connect with one medical device, either the Dexcom receiver or the Pod, at a time. Omnipod 5 provides automated insulin delivery with the Pod and Dexcom G6 or G7 continuously connected.

2023年2月10日 · I spoke to an Omnipod rep about this today and they advised there are no plans on the horizon to update OP5 to work with G7. The rep said G6 was designed to integrate with pumps but G7 was more to compete with Libre and serve the bigger MDI community rather than for closed loop systems.
