Is there a way to open .cdr (corel draw) files in illustrator?
2015年11月1日 · Hi all, I have just downloaded the latest illustrator because I understood it would open .cdr files but when I try illustrator gives me the message that the file is an unknown format and connot be opened... does anyone know a way around this apart from buying corel again

2024年3月25日 · Back in the 1990's Corel cut off file open/import support for CDR files made in versions 1 and 2. In recent years Corel moved the goal posts. The last few versions of CorelDRAW cannot open/import CDR files made in vesrion 5 or earlier. Only CDR files saved in version 6 or later will open at all.
