2018年10月21日 · This is an Optimus 111 Hiker with the silent triple-fuel burner, probably manufactured 1990. This particular unit is however quite special to me as this is the one that got me "infected". My father acquired Optimus in 1991. Very early he gave me this 111 stove. I had at that time used a lot of stoves but only alcohol (Trangia type) and gas stoves.

2019年1月19日 · I wish you luck in finding a reasonably priced Optimus 111. There are a number of 111 models: 111, 111B, 111/7, 111T, 111C and 111D. For me, the original 111 paraffin stove is the best of them all. Totally reliable and bomb-proof.
