2014年8月4日 · I'm copying my LPs, using a USB turntable and recommended software. I've been saving the tracks to .AIFF format. Interestingly, when imported to iTunes, this format plays back on my MacBook Air and iPhone (5C), but not on my iPod classic. In fact, it renders the iPod inoperable (requiring reset). What file format (e.g. MP3, MP4, etc.) should I use?

For example, H.265 video codec is supported only after macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Opus audio codec only after macOS 15 Sequoia, QuickTime Player supports Chroma subsampling 4:2:2 after some macOS etc. Movie codecs and metadata is still, erm, a moving target.

2024年2月6日 · As far as I know, the easiest way to do this now (well, actually the only one I know!) is to select the audio message as if to forward it, and then, from the options "forward", "copy" and "share" that will show on the bottom bar, choose "share" as Mail.

2007年12月18日 · Okay, for Endicia to open the xml file it has to be in a format such as my_file.xml but when I try to put it onto my desktop, the .xml file defaults to a Text Edit file for example my_file.xml.txt Just highlight the file, hit the "return" key, and you can edit the file's name. Just highlight ".txt" and delete it.

2021年9月29日 · If you're still having a problem, make sure you have updated your version of iTunes to the very latest one. If you downloaded iTunes directly from Apple, and especially if you're using a non-English language version, use Help/Check for Updates to make sure you're on iTunes 12.12.1.1 which was released on 23rd September - four days after the previous version.

2024年10月23日 · I used the notes app to scan documents all the time. The pdf generated would normally be kilobytes, occasionally get into a mb or two. Ever since I updated to iOS 18, the files are huge, 40,50,60 mb or more. Even when I compress the file it’s still 5-10mb. Any idea why these scans are suddenly huge and what can I do to get it back to what it was?
