2018年12月19日 · I'm having a problem with a desktop PC running Windows 10. It had been working fine, but a few days ago, it restarted on its own, and is now booting up to an orange screen with vertical white lines. The desktop is a refurbished Dell Precision T3400. It originally ran Windows 7, but it was updated to Windows 10 during the free update period.

In fact, it used to be x64) but everytime I boot into the x64 DVD, it just displays an empty blinking underline for a couple of minutes then it goes to this screen. When I press Enter, it blinks black, then returns to this orange hell.

2023年1月7日 · At first it boots up like normal, then it starts to give me the orange and white stripes. After pressing ctrl +alt + delete, it gives me the option to restart my pc or giving me advanced options. Clicking restart didn't do anything and then I tried to use the advance option.

2020年7月23日 · I bought a new SSD (1TB) to replace the main drive (C:\) that failed with the orange stripes and rebuilt everything from scratch. Loaded Win7 Pro, then updated to Win 10 Pro and re-installed all of my applications, which are a LOT.

2016年7月4日 · I'm having the same problem, too! This morning, everything was okay. This afternoon... I see orange stripes after booting my machine. I've learned that it has something to do with BitLocker. My machine (Dell Latitude) has BitLocker installed. I can type my BitLocker-password when I see the orange stripes and Windows 10 Pro will boot as it should.

2024年7月2日 · I used a USB to boot into it and to reinstall windows but it just showed a orange background with white stripes. Why does this happen? When I booted from the USB to run a ram checker it worked perfectly fine without any issues. Then when I add an XML file to the USB and then try to boot from it the screen just freezes and nothing happens.
