2024年4月26日 · Only a few of the races in Star Control II mention the Orz at all. This is not surprising as they appear to be new in TrueSpace. The relations that they do have are as mysterious as the Orz themselves. The appearance of the Orz coincided with the disappearance of the Androsynth from the same location.

The Orz are a newcomer to TrueSpace that appeared suddenly in the vicinity of the Vulpeculae constellation, the adopted homeworlds of the Androsynth. As the Androsynth vanished about the same time the Orz arrived, it is reasonable to think that the Orz did something to them, but asking the Orz about the subject infuriates them.

The Orz (Ship : Nemesis) - The Orz are newcomers to the nearby region of space, having somehow displaced the Androsynth in the Vulpeculae constellation during only the last few years. The fate of the Androsynth is unknown.

2004年3月12日 · I noticed the wonderful conversation transcripts over at The Pages of Now and Forever and decided to use the dialogue from SC2 to construct a little "dictionary" of the words that were too much for the translation computer.

SC2 has 500 stars and 3800 planets and you can literally just go to any one of them any time you want as long as you have enough fuel and are willing to spend the travel time.

2016年12月9日 · The Orz. You can make a formal alliance with the Orz just by conversing with them in space. They can be found near their homeworld, Gamma Vulpeculae I (371.3 : 253.7). The Shofixti. Making an alliance with the Shofixti is a more complicated process.

2003年5月7日 · So is there a good answer explaining what the Orz are and where they came from? And what happend to the Androsynth? Did they get sucked into the other dimension? I'm replaying SC2 right now for the first time in 9 or 10 years.... I can't remember all these details.

2019年1月7日 · The Orz and Androsynth have a brief mention in SC:O. In the Alpha Horos system. A few more ruins that lead up to this, but a nod to SC2. One nitpick: I do feel like 'Nod' Implies some form of respect on stardock's part. I don't think we should refer to their deliberate attempts to steal the setting & expression of star control 2 in this way.
