2023年5月26日 · I always apply osmo oil with a silicon bristle brush as its very sticky and these brushes work really well. Let it dry fully, which can take some considerable time, lightly sand with some 400 grit, just tack rag it again and apply a second coat. If you can, take the doors off and lay flat while applying the osmo.

2018年10月14日 · I decided to refinished using Osmo's Polyx clear matt oil. I did a few samples here and there and the result seemed inline with expectations. I've now refinished the staircases as well as main floor and its turned out alright on the staircases honey/amber and rich but the main floor looks washed out and very yellow.

2020年5月1日 · We had wooden worktops (oak) fitted in our kitchen 5 months ago and started oiling them with danish oil. We did this about 8 times. The worktops haven't been cared for in more recent months however and have some minor scratches. Seeing as I will have to sand down the worktops it seems like the right time to switch from danish oil to osmo top oil.

Opinion seems to vary There will be no sink on this part, so a minimum of water risk, but there will be an induction hob, so possible risk of splashes from pans.
