2019年7月27日 · Osseric is actually an idiot. Read through the books carefully and I think you will find that he is never in a situation where he is not trapped/unconscious/making a fool of himself. I don't remember all the situations anymore because its been a while, but think - in House of Chains he was trapped in the weird past dimension.

So much of a characters power in Erikson’s universe comes from strength of will. Anomander already is an established warrior with a tremendous will. Osseric is a petulant child that wishes control to be handed to him by his father. This is simply my opinion and thoughts on the matter.
