Mercy is a Support hero in Overwatch. She is one of the 21 heroes included in the game's release on 24 May 2016. Mercy’s Valkyrie Suit helps keep her close to teammates like a guardian angel; healing, resurrecting or strengthening them with the beams emanating from her Caduceus Staff.

I was really looking forward to the Halloween event in Overwatch 2 this year, hoping to finally get a spooky cosmetic skin for my favorite hero, Mercy. She's been my main since I started playing the game, and I've been eagerly awaiting this undead nurse Halloween-themed skin for her.

If they put Zombie Mercy out two or three weeks ago, then the Mercy girlies and boylies would’ve bought it up and been happy and might not have bought the Kpop skins.

Rason: As a Mercy Main, there’s so many dps hate you and wanna to shoot you down instead of you had better guardian angel range to catch ally. And usually as team fps game, I can say there’s over 70% time your Team always stick together, and your guardian angel range should be good enough to catch your ally.
