2012年12月29日 · P0243 Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid Control Circuit i have no boost..would work and lose boost and come back again for sometime then nothing, removed the turbo and sent it for repair, new seals,cleaned and found some play on the shaft.all that got fixed.

I am throwing a P0243 code (waste gate solenoid). The problem is I have an aftermarket turbo (phat shaft 62) with an external waste gate. The turbo has been on the truck for two years and just threw the code. I have tried clearing the code and changing the fooler but once I hit over 35lbs of boost the code comes back and the CEL stays on.

Ok, the part that you posted SU 8499 is not a turbo solenoid. That part is the Boost Pressure Sensor or MAP sensor. That part is mounted on the driver side of engine between the valve cover and fuel rail. The code P0243 is for "Wastegate Pressure Control" - This code refers to the Turbo Wastegate Solenoid.

Im getting a P0243 code on my 2014 bmw 320I. P0243 says wastgate seloniod A. 320I F30. Replaced High pressure fule pump
