I'd go after P02E9 first and see if that takes care of a possibly spurious P02E1. I have no experience with these codes. I'm basing that only on the wording of the OBD summary.

2017 - 2022 Super Duty - Code: P02E9 after intake R&R - I tried clearing it, thinking it was from turning the ignition on when everything was unplugged to check fuel pressure, but clearing with Forscan shows it is set and confirmed.

For P02E9, check the EGR intake throttle plate. Maybe take a look inside. That thing gets some pretty nasty carbon and oil buildup. Remove it, clean it up, reinstall then clear the codes. If it returns, you may need a new unit. As for the TPMS, take the truck to Discount tire and they can check the sensors to see which one is dying.

Had no choice but to keep going and it cleared up ran good all day pulled trailer with sxs on it no trouble. Let it sit for a couple hours got heade out of town and it started it again.
