2015年9月3日 · In the P10, the swivel has moved FROM the end of the short tube on mask side TO the end of short tube on the Cpap hose side. So there is still a swivel. But since it's a good 12+ inches away from the nose, it works better in my opinion and doesnt pull the mask at all. Another reason why it's easier to keep a seal on the P10.

2025年1月12日 · I use the P10 and there is a swivel adapter on one end of the hose, the other end is attached permanently to the mask/headgear, there's no way to attach another adapter, nor is one needed in my opinion as there would be no benefit.
