The SIG Sauer P250 is a semi-automatic pistol made by Sigarms (now known as Sig Sauer Inc. of Exeter, New Hampshire). The P250 chambered in 9mm was introduced to the North American market on November 7, 2007, [1] followed by the .45 ACP compact model in February 2008 at the SHOT Show. The last of the models was introduced in late 2009.

P250. Sig introduced the modular Sig P250 platform that was the precursor to the Sig P320. The Sig P250 was a DAO(Double Action Only) pistol that had a serialized chassis. You could buy frames and slides over the counter without having to buy another gun. The selling point was for restrictive areas that made it hard to buy more than one gun.
