P2G, 即Power to Gas,概念源于德国可再生能源导入量的扩大，利用风力发电、太阳能发电等的剩余电力电解水生成氢，然后提供给现有的燃气管道网络；或者利用电力、水及大气中的CO2，通过甲烷化反应制造甲烷，提供燃气。
