2017年5月18日 · This is often because the plastic pivot gear extends fully to the stop which is too far of an angle for the spring to instantly return the flaps to a closed position inside the intake manifold. A quick solution is to push a hard rubber tubing piece over the stop peg instantly preventing this over travel. No more P3138 code.
