2014年1月3日 · The difference in energy between the thickest P3HT : PCBM layer of 6.2 nm and the 2.1 nm layer, seen in figure 3, is equal for both the C1s and S2p peaks which means that an equal amount of electron depletion occurs in both the P3HT and PCBM. This is surprising given that one is an n-type semiconductor and the other is a p-type.
