Unlike the long slide pistol that were made by Bruce Grey stateside, these were made by HK Obendorf Factory for shooting competitions in Europe. Sport would be the correct designation as their slide is standard length, unlike the Bruce Grey guns.

2019年10月5日 · The P7M8 is a unique design with a lever for the front strap that when squeezed in a normal firing grip, cocks the gun. It’s very unusual and is designed not to fire unless the grip is pressed. When released, the gun decocks, eliminating the need for an external safety.

2024年11月26日 · Just bought my first P7M8 through online auction. Before buying I could not inspect the gun other than a couple of exterior pictures, so please help me out assessing the condition of this gun. I do not know anything about the history of this particular gun, no known round count and no way of contacting the previous owner(s).

2018年10月9日 · carried a P7M8 for almost 18 years. It flawlessly fired thousands of rounds of full power JHP duty ammo over its lifetime. Ball/range ammo was not used for training or qualification.

The P7M8 is the P7’s counterpart with larger trigger guard, lengthened trigger, heat shield, thumb operated magazine release, larger rear sight dovetail, protruding firing pin bushing and lanyard ring. The extremely compact HK P7M8 can be drawn, cocked, and fired more accurately and faster than any other pistol.
